Jen Heerschap
In 2019, Jen Heerschap left the corporate world to become an Agent at I Book Shows, and has never looked back. Her focus is primarily booking the amazing roster of artists in MB, SK, AB & BC as well as in the Mid-West-to-West-Coast in the USA.
Although newer to the music industry, she has enjoyed becoming immersed in the world of Folk/Roots, Celtic, Trad, Americana, Country and all the genres that weave in between and beyond.
When Jen isn’t chained to her desk, she can be found spending time with her family, baking, painting, but more commonly enjoying the outdoors, probably on a paddle board, probably in Pike Bay!
Liz Scott
Liz Scott is the former Artistic Director at Mariposa Folk Festival as well as former AD at several other Ontario music festivals. While teaching high school and raising kids, she made live music happen (ultra-locally!) by hosting Irish Mountain Music concerts for 20+ years at her home overlooking Georgian Bay, near Meaford.
Liz has spent time as a grass-roots promoter for touring musicians and when the mood strikes she promotes/presents soft-seat theatre shows in the area. And for nearly a dozen years she has been the Canadian agent for troubadour Steve Poltz.
She continues to wear many hats as agent, promoter, presenter, ad hoc tour manager. And she’s happily helping out I Book Shows these days – wherever the live show takes her!
Although newer to the music industry, she has enjoyed becoming immersed in the world of Folk/Roots, Celtic, Trad, Americana, Country and all the genres that weave in between and beyond.
